Project – Supermarket Store External Cladding
Location – Liverpool

Introduction
Working for the main contractor Simons Construction, ISD Cladding Division supplied and installed approximately 4000 sq mtrs of Eurobond mineral fibre composite panel to complete this new build Tesco project. Working to a 12 week programme the full installation was completed on time and the stringent building insulation and air tightness requirements were comfortably achieved.

External Build
The external build of the project comprised of approximately 2500 sq mtrs of Eurobond Rockspan Extra composite panel and was further complemented by the introduction of a Rainscreen facade to certain areas of the building including the feature tower which was also supplied and installed by ISD Cladding Division.

Internal Build
The internal build comprised of approximately 1500 sq mtrs of Eurobond Firemaster Extra panel installed to the relevant specifications to form a 1 hr rated firewall between the sales floor and the storage area.

All the associated flashings and trims that were required on the project were bespoke made at ISD’s factory premises in Gloucester by our team of skilled fabrication team and were on site within 48 hours of order.
The design for the project was undertaken at our head offices in Gloucester, working closely with the architect the needs of the project were fully interpreted and delivered with the construction being fully carried out to the clients programme and requirements.
