External Cladding and Roofing

Complementing cold store projects, ISD provides comprehensive ranges of external cladding and roofing packages. These have been installed to various facilities such as cold stores, data stores, distribution centres, food and meat processing and commercial facilities. The composite panels used allow faster installation than traditional built up systems. For a number of years ISD has been an approved installer of external cladding for Tesco stores and distribution centres. To date ISD have successfully installed external cladding to at least 50 operational stores and more than 6 distribution centres. ISD have also successfully installed specialist systems such as rainscreen cladding to a number of facilities. In all these activities, ISD draws on its well-established project management skills-base. From the start of every project, ISD pays close attention to the detailed building works. By applying this method, installation of the facility will be maintained within the client’s programme of works. ISD offers a complete management facility and a selection of packages right down to cost management of the design, installation and warranties.
