ISD Door Systems

Isd offer a wide range of doors, sliding and hinged with the flexibility to manufacture one off bespoke doors through to batches of doors for larger projects.
The careful specification, design and installation of each door remains part of Isd Coldstore or distribution centre.
At the design stages of each project, Isd engineers work closely with contractors and consultants to ensure that the most appropriate doors are specified.
In certain applications, doors from leading, independent manufacturers, that offer superior features, will be recommended.

Fabrications and Manufacturing
Isd has it’s very own fabrication department for the manufacture of all types of flashings and cappings. Products are processed through their 120 tonne press brakes, forming metals up to 3m in length.
We can source materials to match up with most metal finishes used within the industry, including powder coated finishes to various colours.

• PVF2 – various colours.
• Hps200 / Leathergrain, various colours.
• Galvanised – 1m, 1.5m, 2m
• Stainless steel.

Isd Panels
Isd manufacture a polyurethane core panel which is designed with fully cam lockable corners. In this way the coldroom is manufactured to fully bespoke sizes and is not restricted by normal ‘Modular’ constructed rooms.
The insulation core meets all stringent EU guidelines on CFC and O.D.P legislation and even stretches beyond that by using a sustainable core ingredient to the resin blend.
