ISD is the lead UK Contractor in the development of coldstores.  For all applications large or small including clad rack building construction, we have recently constructed this type of coldstore for Unilever in Gloucester and Lamb Weston Myer in Wisbech. ISD a financially strong company carries full PI and Public Liabilities insurance expected of it and has our own Health and Safety Adviser; ISD brings a confident approach to handling every contract. Our design teams work closely with Architects/Specifiers/Consultants.  These relationships cross the normal boundaries found in construction. ISD is frequently called upon to give advice and to recommend solutions. ISD encourage being involved at the earliest opportunity in the development of a project in order that we can offer our expertise to specifiers at the design stage. Experienced in-house site teams carry out surveys to assess and report on client’s individual requirements.  With all major construction disciplines covered, including QS and M & E, ISD offers a comprehensive route for every project. ISD support and are fully compliant with IACSC Trade Organisation Design Guide published June 2008 as example of best practice in the building of coldstores.
